5-story residential building completed in 1881. Designed by D. & J. Jardine as a store building, it extends through the block to Thompson Street, where a low set of steps extends almost the width of the building, leading up to the 7-bay, dark-green cast-iron ground floor. Above, it is clad in red brick, with flat stone sills and lintels. The lintels on the West Broadway side are connected. The center bay of windows here has been bricked-in, as has the northern bay on the Thompson Street side. On West Broadway, the building is crowned by an intricate brick cornice with corbelling and dentils, and a small peaked pediment in the center. On Thompson, a black metal fire escape runs down the southern part of the facade. There is a round water tank visible on the east side of the roof. The ground floor is occupied by CitiSPA, and the Russeck Gallery.
