6-story Neo-Art-Deco residential building completed in 2006. Designed by Ning Lu, it has a 1-story rusticated pre-cast concrete retail base, with the upper floors clad in orange brick. The north facade spans six bays, with the two center bays grouped together, while the west facade on Sixth Avenue has 10 bays. There is a concrete band course above the fourth floor, and a cornice above the fifth. The top floor is setback from the building line. The corners of the building have darker colored brick quoins, which are echoed along the sides of some of the window bays. The building contains 14 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by a HSBC bank branch.
