15-story postmodern residential building completed in 1987. Designed by Ted Reeds Associates, the building has 132 condominium units. The tower has a major setback above the 7th floor with notable stone cornices. The lower part of the building’s base is treated differently and quite attractively with considerable architectural detailing. The central section is clad in red brick, with the outer section in brown brick. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with curving stone balconies protruding from the sides and the center. The building has an underground parking garage, and used to house Elizabeth Seton Childbearing Center; now occupied by the Beth Israel Medical Group.
