157-foot, 15-story postmodern residential building completed in 1987. Designed by Ted Reeds Associates, the tower has a major setback above the 7th floor with notable stone cornices. The lower part of the building’s base is treated differently and quite attractively with considerable architectural detailing. The central section is clad in red brick, with the outer sections in brown brick (red at the ground floor) with grey granite water table. The red brick sections at the 2-story base have horizontal banding.

The main entrance is on the left, with a metal-framed glass door flanked by a pair of square granite columns and covered by a curved, suspended metal-and-glass canopy. A window above the canopy at the 2nd floor is surrounded by various rectangular granite panels. To the right of the main entrance the ground floor has a commercial entrance with a sliding glass door, covered by a flat metal-and-glass canopy. Continuing west are two narrow 2-story window bays, a wider one, and then an entrance and exit for the underground parking garage, with vents above them at the 2nd floor. Above the 2nd floor the middle section has two bays of double-windows with a bay of paired windows to each side. The west outer section has a double-window, a triple-window, and a very small double-window. The east outer section has a bay of paired windows, and a triple-window. Topping the outer sections at the 7th floor are a pair of red terra-cotta geometric cornices with brackets and oval patterns in the panels.

The slightly set-back top floors are clad in red brick, with brown at the ends, with curving stone balconies protruding from the sides and the center. There are larger casement windows at the top two floors, with the penthouse set farther back. The building used to house Elizabeth Seton Childbearing Center; now occupied by Mount Sinai Doctors. The building has 32 condominium units.
