169-foot, 19-story residential building completed in 1963. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, it has triple windows of varying widths - all having fixed picture windows as their central feature. The effect is one of strident horizontality, emphasized at the top floors by terraced setbacks.

The facade is clad in red brick. The residential entrance is located on West 12th Street, with the Seventh Avenue side having a series of storefronts, now joined and occupied by a Duane Reade pharmacy. An entrance and exit to an underground parking garage is at the east end of the 12th Street facade, next to the main entrance.
