Along the avenue there is a long band of plate-glass windows with a steel band across the top, interrupted in two places by sliding glass doors. There are also steel service doors at the north end. The residential entrance is located on West 12th Street, in a recessed alcove framed by grey granite. It has sliding glass doors, covered by a squared black canvas canopy, and a triple-window to the right. An entrance and exit to an underground parking garage is at the east end of the 12th Street facade, next to the main entrance, and to its left are steel service doors.

The west half of the upper floors have two bays of very narrow double-windows with two outer bays of wider double-windows. The east half is set back above the ground floor, with a metal railing, and has - from west to east - a very narrow double-window, two wide triple-windows, and a wider double-window. There is a setback above the 15th floor, and a chamfered corner at the east end of the 19th floor.

The upper floors on the west facade are set back above the ground floor in the middle, also with a metal railing. They have - from south to north - a wide 5-window bay, a double-window, a triple-window, two narrow double-windows, and another triple-window. The north end has two double-windows around a triple-window, and the south end has three double-windows and a triple-window. The south end sets back above the 16th floor, and the rest above the 15th. The northern half of the middle section extends up to the top floor, with angled ends and three bays of triple-windows, with outer two continuing for another pane on the angled corners. The building contains 214 condominium units.
