102-foot, 10-story Art-Deco cooperative-apartment building completed in 1928. Designed by Sugarman & Berger, it is clad in orange brick and polychromatic glazed terra-cotta. The main entrance is at the back of a central light well accessed by a couple of red-brick steps and a ramp on the east side that has black iron handrailings. The stainless-steel-and-glass double-doors and a decorative glass panel above are framed by fluted beige terra-cotta pillars carrying a grey stone panel surmounted by an Art-Deco geometric ornament. The upper floors at the rear of the light court have two bays of double-windows, the western one wider. The sidewalls of the light court have two bays of smaller horizontal windows from the 3rd floor up, while there are vertical windows at the 2nd floor (two facing east and three facing west), while the ground floor has two large, multipane windows and a third bay at the front filled by a brickwork pattern. The rest of the 2-story base within the light court has similar warm-colored, patterned brickwork in contrast to the regular, redder brick above.

The wings on either side of the center light well both divided into three bays of two windows each by sets of four fluted beige terra-cotta piers extending up to elaborate floral carved panels at the 3rd floor. At the ground floor the east end has secondary doors in place of the windows. Between the lower two floors ar polychromatic glazed terra-cotta panels with geometric and floral patterns. Matching panels are located below the 5th, 7th and 9th floors. The window pairs are linked by corbelled brick sills at the 4th, 6th, 8th, and 10th floors.

The building was converted to a co-op in 1986, with 92 apartments. The west part of the ground floor is occupied by Novita restaurant.
