5-story residential building completed around 1870 as a townhouse. Like its neighbor, the facade is set slightly back from the streetwall. In 1920, a 2-story black cast-iron storefront was installed. It has large, multi-paned windows at the 2nd floor, with fluted piers at the ends that are topped by Ionic capitals. The storefront is capped by a dentiled cornice.

The upper floors are faced in brownstone, with three bays of windows. Those on the 3rd & 4th floors have transoms. The top-floor windows are shorter. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions and panels. The storefront is occupied by Farrow & Ball paint and wallpaper showroom.
