7-story residential building completed in 1899. It is faced in beige smooth stucco over a rusticated limestone ground floor. The facade is six bays wide, with the entrance in the 3rd bay from the west. On the upper floors, the middle bays have windows flanked by red-painted sections that have black horizontal bands. At the 2nd floor, the outer bays have round-arched windows. A brown metal fire escape runs down the center two bays of the facade, which is topped by a roof parapet that is stepped up at the ends, and has a metal railing in the middle. The building contains 35 apartment units.
