5-story residential building completed in 1884. The facade is clad in ironspot brick and has a simple, central entrance with a set of two steps. Iron railings surround the basement areaways, and there is a double-window on either side of the door. The upper floors each have two bays of triple-windows with metal mullions, and air-conditioning vents cut below the outer panes. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, with a full-width landing at the 2nd floor. At the top is a brick roof parapet with a patterned brick outline.
