5-story residential building completed in 1890. The 4-bay facade is clad in grey-painted brick above a black-painted stone ground floor. There is a central entrance with a small set of steps, with a decorative wrought-iron door and fanlight. The doorway is flanked by two segmental-arched windows, and the ground floor has horizontal banding.

The upper floors have four bays of square-headed windows, with black-painted, flat stone sills and lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the center two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils, and panels.
