3-story (plus raised basement) Greek-revival residential building completed around 1850 as a townhouse. It is clad in white-painted brick, three bays wide. A side-facing metal stoop leads up to an altered doorway at the parlor floor. A broad brownstone band separates the basement level, and the windows on the upper floors have flat brownstone sills and lintels. Air-conditioning vents have been cut below the windows of the outer bays. The facade is crowned by a green metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets and panels.
