5-story Renaissance-revival cooperative-apartment building completed in 1899. It is clad in beige brick with white stone accents. The ground floor is just slightly raised above the basement and street level, with a low stoop leading to the central entrance. The entry is round-arched and framed by ornate foliate carved stone with a face at the apex of the arch. On either side of the entry are round-arched windows. Ornate bands of foliate carvings run across the facade at the shoulder-level of the windows and are carried onto the entrance frame. Also crossing the facade are sill courses at the base of the windows, and stone string courses halfway between the sill course and foliate band. Carved stone panels are located below both windows.

The upper floors are set off by a stone cornice, with another one running below the 3rd floor. The four bays of windows have stone surrounds, with window cornices at the 2nd & 4th floors, and pediments at the 3rd floor (rounded at the outer bays, and triangular in the center). The 5th floor is also set off by a stone cornice, and has four round-arched windows with stone surrounds and keystones. A white metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with dentils, large modillions, and swag in the fascia board.
