5-story residential building originally completed in the late 1800s as a store-and-lofts building. It was converted to apartments in 1947. The 4-bay facade is clad in bright red-painted brick. At the ground floor there is a residential doorway framed by narrow pilasters at the eastern end; the rest of the ground floor is painted white and has a double-door flanked by two round-arched windows framed in brick quoins.

The windows of the upper floors have red-painted stone sills and curved lintels. Quoins run up the western edge of the facade, and a black metal fire escape runs down the center two bays. The building is topped by a corbelled brick roof parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal Manantial de Vida church.
