150-foot, 12-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1911. Designed by William L. Rouse (of the firm of Rouse & Goldstone), its 2-story base has broad limestone piers. spanning nine bays on 18th Street, with three bays on Park Avenue South. Each bay has black cast-iron infill at the base, with storefronts on the ground floor, and triple-windows at the 2nd floor. The base is capped by a simple cornice.

The upper floors are clad in beige brick, with double-windows in each bay, separated by black iron mullions. Brick spandrel panels are located between the floors. At the 11th floor, the center of each bay is topped by a scrolled bracket, connected by a dentil course. Green, angular geometric decoration tops each pier, just below the dentil course. The top floors has paired, recessed windows. A frieze of decorative green terra-cotta surrounds the windows. The building is crowned on both main facades by a projecting, green metal roof cornice with an egg-and-dart molding.

The western elevation is clad in brown brick, with five bays of windows with flat white stone lintels. The building contains 53 apartments. The ground floor is occupied by Rothman's menswear.
