6-story modernist townhouse originally completed in the mid-1800s as a 4-story building, completely rebuilt and enlarged with a new facade in 2016. The front facade is clad in glass and black metal framing. Grey pre-cast concrete piers frame the facade, and the side elevations are also grey concrete. Each floor has four large, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the ground floor has an entrance at the east end.
