7-story residential building completed in 1959. Designed by Martyn & Don Weston, it is clad in reddish-brown ironspot brick, with ground-floor storefronts lining the east facade. This elevation spans seven bays - the 1st, 3rd, 5th & 6th from the south have double-windows, while the other three have single-windows. Each of the double-window units has an air-conditioning vent below one side of it. Two black metal fire escapes run down this facade.

The north facade has three bays of double-windows, three more of regular-sized single-windows, and an extra bay of smaller single-windows. The residential entrance is near the center, with a blue canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. Another fire escape runs above the entrance. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by Village Barber Shop, The Commons Chelsea restaurant, Gold Room Nails, and Motel Morris restaurant.
