7-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1962. Designed by Leo Stillman, it is clad in red brick, with one vertical band of dark-brown brick above the ground floor, between the 2nd & 3rd bay from the west. The facade spans eight bays in total, each with a square casement window. The entrance is framed in grey stone, and down a couple steps, with a stainless-steel-framed glass door between similar glass panes. A metal-and-glass canopy covers the entry, and there are some narrow landscaping beds on either side. Three black metal fire escapes run down the facade. The ground-floor windows are somewhat shorter and have iron grilles. The building contains 76 apartment units.
