6-story residential building completed in 1928. Designed by Springsteen & Goldhammer, it is clad in red brick and has four asymmetrical bays. The eastern bay has a triple-window at the ground floor, with a stone sill. The 2nd floor has a slightly narrower double-window. A corbelled stone cornice caps this bay at the 2nd floor, with the upper floors having horizontal bands of projecting bricks. The 3rd-5th floors have double-windows stone sills, and the 6th floor has a round-arched window. Above a stone band course is a brick roof parapet with a peaked center and three stone diamond-shapes. This same peaked parapet with diamond shapes tops each of the four bays.

The east-middle bay has a round-arched window at the ground floor, with spiral stone columns at its sides, and stone cladding below and connecting to the stone frame of the entrance to the right. Above the ground floor, this bay is recessed, with paired windows with stone sills at each floor. A brown metal fire escape runs down the bay.

The west-middle bay has the main entrance at the ground floor, recessed under an arch framed by white stone. A green canvas awning extends out over the sidewalk. The upper floors have triple-windows with stone sills, and a corbelled stone cornice above the 2nd floor. This cornice carries over to the east half of the western bay, which is split into two parts above the ground floor's triple-window. The west half is recessed above the 2nd floor, where there is a small pointed stone "roof" gable, with small rectangular windows on the 2nd-5th floors. The east half has horizontal banding, with a round-arched window at the 2nd & 5th floors, and windows that match the west half at the 3rd & 4h floors. At the 5th floor, the facade at this bay projects out slightly, creating a sort of wall dormer with a round-arched window and a gabled top with stone coping. At the top floor, there is a pair of small round-arched windows, and a projecting brick chimney to the left, separating the western parapet from the other three.

The building contains 48 apartment units.
