4-story residential building originally completed as two separate, mirror-image townhomes in the 1850s. They were combined, with a renovated ground floor, and converted into apartments in 1912. Designed by Robert R. Rahman, the new base is clad in brownstone and has a round-arched entrance left of center, with a wood-and-glass door and fanlight recessed within a molding. There is a double-window to the left, with a single-window and another double-window to the right.

The upper floors are red brick and have six bays of single-windows with brown metal cornices, and footed projecting sills above the 2nd floor. A black iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a pair of black roof cornices with brackets, modillions and dentils. There is also a 2-story rear building at the back of the lot.
