4-story cooperative-apartment building originally completed in the mid-1800s as a 2.5-story townhouse, probably with a stoop and parlor-floor entrance. The facade now has a basement entrance - the basement is faced in brown-painted smooth stucco. The upper floors are grey-painted brick with three bays of windows that have white sills and cornices, including the short attic-story windows. This floor is capped by a simple metal cornice, above which a recessed penthouse floor was added at some point in the 1900s. A small grey fire escape runs down the facade.
