5-story residential building completed in 1885. Like the two buildings to the west, it is four bays across, with three bays on the ground floor - a central doorway and two large flanking windows. The ground floor is faced in rusticated, rough stone and painted brown, along with the low stoop. The two windows are topped by round-arches with foliate carvings. Another panel of foliate carving is located below the western window; the eastern one has been removed.

The upper floors are clad in red-painted brick; each bay is very slightly projected forward and framed by quoin-like elements. Continuous brownstone sill courses link the bottoms of the windows, and the tops have cornices linked by additional brownstone courses above bands of vertical grooves. The spandrels consist of panels of corbelled brick. A brown metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which ends in a plain brick roof parapet.
