5-story residential building completed sometime around 1880. It is three bays wide, clad in red brick above a white stone ground floor. The ground floor has two narrow doors on the right, with a high, small window between the two normal-sized windows on the left. The three windows on each of the upper floors have green stone sills and metal cornices. A green metal fire escape runs down the right side of the facade, which is topped by a green bracketed metal roof cornice.
