6-story residential building completed in 1898 as a store-and-loft building. The altered ground floor is clad in polished red granite, with five bays; in the center the storefronts are angled and recessed. The upper floors are four bays wide, and clad in beige brick with flat stone sills and lintels. There is a band course below the top floor, and a white metal roof cornice with dentils and modillions. A red metal fire escape runs down the center two bays. The ground floor is occupied by Canal Lucky Jewelry.
