13-story modernist residential building completed in 2014. Designed by Manuel Glas, it is clad in dark red brick., with two fairly regular bays of windows on the west, and a recessed bay on the east with black metal balconies projecting out to the building line at the lower floors; the upper floors of this bay recede but black metal framing members connecting to the eastern side wall continue the appearance of the balconies for a couple more floors.

The double-height windows of the two western bays have stone sills and black metal framing. A series of geometric setbacks begins near the top, rising from right to left, with metallic accents. The exposed portion of the eastern wall above the neighboring building features a 4-story recessed opening with a curtain wall of glass and black metal. The ground floor has a recessed center entrance and garage door on the right, leading to seven parking spaces. The building contains 33 apartment units.
