5-story residential building completed in the late 1800s. It was renovated beginning in 2012, and now has a red brick facade on the top three floors, and grey stone below, with a ground-level storefront. The upper-floor windows are segmental-arched, with white curved lintels, except for the corner window on the top floor. This interesting feature of the building is a striking corner atelier oriel that wraps around both sides. The building is crowned by a black roof cornice.
