6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed around 1880. It served as commercial lofts for the majority of the 20th century. In 2005, the building was sold and redeveloped into condominiums, but the project went bankrupt when it was 95% complete. In 2011, the building was resold and turned into a rehabilitation residence for young adults by Hazelden, a non-profit 12-step addiction recovery organization.

The renovated building has a light-grey ground floor of metal, glass and stone, capped by a dentiled cornice. The upper floors are clad in brownstone, with lighter colored stone banding on the 2nd floor, and quoins on the 3rd-5th floors. The paired center windows are round-arched at the 5th floor; the top floor has four evenly spaced, squared windows, and a grey metal roof cornice with large modillions crowns the building. The exposed south wall is clad in plain tan brick, with plain rectangular windows.
