6-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1906. It has a rusticated stone base with five massive carved stone brackets supporting a balcony with large modillions and decorative wrought-iron railing across the center of the 2nd floor. The entrance and window directly to the right are segmental-arched, while the windows at the ends of the ground floor are square-headed. A low, wide set of steps spans the basement areaways, with stone sidewalls, and the entrance has a metal-and-glass door, sidelight, and transom. Patterned moldings and acanthus-leaf keystones highlight the entrance and window bay to the right. The brick basement level is set behind iron fencing.

The upper floors are clad in dark red brick, with white stone cornices across the top of each floor, and stone bands across the 2nd floor. The windows have splayed lintels with keystones. The center section is framed with white stone quoins, and the building is crowned by a prominent roof cornice with brackets, modillions and dentils. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle of the front facade. The exposed side elevations are clad in brown brick, with a few window openings.
