4-story residential building completed around 1880. It is clad in red-painted brick with a metal and glass storefront on the 8th Avenue side. The windows have stone sills as well as metal cornices on the avenue side. There are six bays on the avenue side. The south facade has four groups of windows, each with three bays; at the eastern one the center windows have been removed and the facade is clad in a strip of orange replacement brick. At the western group, there is only one regular window per floor; the other two are narrow openings that have been bricked-in. Both main facades are topped by a red-painted roof cornice with blocky modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Willow Vegan Bistro, and Adam's Market Place.
