5-story residential building completed in 1887. The brownstone-clad facade is nearly identical to No. 316 next door, but with the ground floor ornamentation remaining, and having a narrower front, with only three windows per floor instead of four. It has a short stoop, and windows with brownstone enframements, including corbelled sills, pilasters and cornices. The building is crowned by a bracketed metal roof cornice. A metal fire escape runs down the western two bays of the facade. The building was renovated in 1999.
