5-story residential building completed in 1853. The ground floor has cast-iron columnsm, wood siding, and numerous storefront windows. The upper floors are clad in brick, painted light-grey in 2020. The windows have stone sills connected by darker grey bands, and flat lintels also connected by grey bands. Three fire escapes run down the 10th Avenue facade. Both the south and east facades have similar dark-grey sills and lintels as the west side, but without the connecting bands. Three additional fire escapes are on the east facade. The building is crowned on the south and west facades by a roof cornice with scrolled brackets.
