All three facades are have buff-colored brick pilasters dividing the wide window bays. The west elevation along Hudson Street has seven bays with triple-windows, except for the double-window north bay. The south elevation along 13th Street has eight bays of quadruple-windows. The ground-floor windows are fronted by metal grilles. Ornately carved white terra-cotta spandrel panels separate each floor. The building is crowned by a grey, projecting, double-bracketed cornice with dentils and swag in the frieze.
