A pair of 120-foot, 10-story residential buildings completed in 2015, one on either side of the High Line park, joined by a 1-story lobby that runs beneath the park. Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, the buildings are clad in limestone cut to resemble brick. The enormous windows are angled, which will serve the dual function of stopping people outside the apartments from staring in, and allowing people inside the apartments to have views that stretch down the High Line, as opposed to across to the other building.

The west building holds just 8 condominium units, while the east building has 27 smaller units. The penthouse levels at the top are set back. The complex replaces a 1-story warehouse completed in 1945 that was occupied by Kamco Supply Company, housing various building materials.
