4-story Greek-revival residential building completed around the 1850s for John Jackson as a flat and store. It has a cast-iron storefront on the ground floor, and is clad in red brick on the upper floors. The windows have stone sills and metal cornices, and a bracketed roof cornice with paneled fascia board crowns the building.

The ground floor is occupied by The Drunken Horse bar.
