145-foot, 15-story modernist cooperative-apartment building completed in 2002. Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron, it has a 2-story beige brick base with horizontal concrete band courses. Its far western edge is also beige brick, while the rest of the facade is clad in dark red brick. There is a setback above the 10th floor. The façade is modulated by two slightly indented center sections, and has horizontal concrete band courses across each floor. There is an exposed water tank on the roof. The building contains 107 apartments, and the ground floor is occupied by the Fremin Gallery, and the Nicolas Auvray Gallery.
