5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed sometime in the mid-1800s. It is clad in red brick above a metal and glass storefront with fluted iron pilasters. The residential entrance is at the north end, with a steel-and-glass door and transom. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows in white framing, with simple stone sills. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle bay of the facade, which is topped by a brown metal cornice with modillions and paired brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Pepe Giallo restaurant.
