5-story residential building originally completed in the mid-1800s. The ground floor is clad in stone, painted dark grey-brown. The entrance is on the left, under a round arch with a stone lintel, and atop a short set of steps. To the right are two windows, and a basement storefront (painted black) accessed by a set of steps covered by a rounded canvas canopy ascending from the basement level.

The 3-bay upper floors are faced is brown smooth stucco, scored to resemble brownstone. The windows have stone sills and lintels; those on the top floor are half-height, and surmounted by am angled glass "mansard" skylight.
