6-story residential building completed in 1938. Designed by Albert Goldhammer, it is clad in dark reddish-brown brick with quoins of the same material on the corners. Thin stone band courses runs below and above the top floor and below the 2nd. Along 10th Avenue, the center section above the storefronts is set far back, creating a light well. The ground floor has retail storefronts all along the avenue, and is clad in rusticated brick along 18th Street, where the residential entrance is. Except for a light-grey stone section of storefront at the west end, the ground floor along 18th Street is brick with horizontal banding. The entrance is approached by a very short ramp to the right with black metal railings. It has black metal-framed glass double-doors flanked by fluted stone pliasters with a round arch, topped by a thin, dentiled cornice and a small rounded canopy. There are three single-windows to the west of the entry, and four to the east.

The upper floors on the north facade have four single-windows at the east side, followed by a pair of smaller windows, three more single-windows, another smaller window, and a final west end bay of single-windows. There are stone round-arches above the end-bay windows on the 2nd floor, and the paired small windows are set in a stone panel at this floor.

The upper floors on the west facade form two wings around the light well. The north wing has a double-window with a single-window on either side, and the south wing has a single-window and three double-windows. The rear of the light well has two double-windows, with another, further-recessed bay on either side with a pair of rust-colored fire escapes. The fire escapes also front the rear edge of the side walls, both of which have three single-windows.

The building contains 64 apartment units, and was sold, renovated and renamed Stonehenge 18 in 2012. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by Jet's Pizza, Labcorp, Sugared+Bronzed tanning salon, and a Wells Fargo bank branch.
