3-story residential building completed in 1834 as a row house for Israel Clark, a mason. It has since been fully stripped of its molded stone lintels and simple cornice, and the facade has been stuccoed. On the bottom is a bakery, once home to Rheon Café (closed as of May 2011), it is now Dominique Ansel Bakery, home of the mega-popular Cronut.
