8-story residential building completed in 2003. Designed by Fegan Berg Architects, the building occupied by full blockfront on West Houston, from Wooster to Greene Street, yet contains only 15 condominium, most of which are corner units. The building has an 8-story, 7-bay central section, with 6-story flanking wings on either side (eight bays on the east and four bays on the west). The western elevation on Wooster Street spans four bays, while the eastern elevation on Greene is only two bays wide. With its white metal cladding and red-brick center piers, the building pays nice homage to the cast-iron heritage of the area. The central section is topped by an exposed rooftop watertank. The ground floor is occupied by Aroma Espresso Bar and Bulthaup kitchen & bath design.
