A 1995 redevelopment of several existing former-tenement buildings. From south to north, they are:

-109 Sullivan, 6 floors, Colonial-revival style, completed in 1905. Designed by Horenburger & Straub, they have a black cast-iron ground floor with storefronts, and grey brick on the upper floors. The north part of the facade (No. 109) has four bays (one wider than the others), while the south part has three (also with one wider than the others). Between the two sections are square panels at each floor with differing carved ornament. The 2nd-floor windows have splayed lintels with keystones, and the top floor has round-arched windows. Both sides have black iron fire escapes with basket-style landings, and the entire facade is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice with swag in the fascia board. Global Table furnishings, Red Bench bar, and a dry cleaners occupy the ground floor.

Sullivan, 5 floors, Queen Anne style, completed in 1893. Designed by Robert Hankinson, it has four bays of windows on the upper floors. The ground floor has been resurfaced in stucco, while the upper floors are buff-colored brick with terra-cotta ornament, including a variety of designs on the piers and center spandrels. Air conditioning vents have been added below the windows of the outer bays. The two center bays culminate in a shallow arch at the top floor. Above this is a brown roof cornice with brackets and dentils at the outer portions, and a fan-shape in the center.

Sullivan, 6 floors, completed around 1857, architect unknown. It has a raised basement entrance, as well as two iron grille-covered basement windows. The 2nd floor has three windows, while the rest of the upper floors have four. The facade is clad in brick that has been painted over in white. A metal fire escape runs down the center two bays, and the roof line has a modillioned cornice.

Sullivan, 5 floors, completed in the late 1800s, with a new facade built in 1949. It is clad completely in variegated red brick, with three bays of windows, and small iron fire escape balconies at the upper floors.

Sullivan, 6 floors, completed in 1894. Designed by George Pelham, with a new ground-floor/2nd-floor storefront in beige stucco designed in 1928 by Ferdinand Savignano. The original round-arch at the 2nd floor has been filled in. The facade is four bays wide, with round-arched windows on the 3rd & 5th floors, with terra-cotta keystones. There is an iron fire escape running down the center, and topped with a crenelated roof parapet.

Sullivan, 6 floors, completed in 1894. Designed by George Pelham, it has round-arched windows with terra-cotta keystones on the 3rd & 5th floors. The 2nd floor has a central round-arched entrance up a stoop, flanked by a great deal of terra-cotta. On either side of the stoop, the ground floor has rough stone cladding, and large wood-framed storefront windows set just below sidewalk level, with small metal and wood roofs over them. Blue Ribbon Sushi is on the ground floor.
