Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners, the property extends through the block to West Broadway, with two buildings separated by a landscaped courtyard. Both facades appear to be 6 floors high; the 7th and 8th floor penthouses are recessed from the street. The West Broadway side is clad in off-white brick above a blue-grey painted storefront, with three bays of 4-over-4 windows in a neat grid. A simple metal roof cornice caps the facade.

The Wooster side is grey metal and glass, seven bays wide in a 2-3-2 pattern. The dividing piers are a bluer grey than the rest of the metal facade. The ground floor is occupied by The North Face on Wooster, and Think Pink Nails & Spa on West Broadway.
