4-story residential building completed in the 1850s. The 3-bay facade is clad in orange brick above a brownstone ground level. At some point the stoop was replaced by an entrance on the left, with a wood-and-glass door recessed between a pair of paneled pilasters. A wide bay to the right is covered by vertical metal rods.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, with one replacing the original parlor-floor entrance. They all have stone sills and flat stone lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the eastern two bays, and the facade is topped by a simple black wooden roof cornice.
