7-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1900. This double apartment building has a unified facade spanning 12 narrow bays, clad in beige brick above the rusticated stone of the first two floors. The ground floor has twin entryways with low stoops, each polished stone Corinthian columns supporting a portico that serves as the base of a fire escape. The 2nd floor has rough rustication bands, as opposed to the ground floor's smooth ones. Both floors are topped by a cornice.

The upper floors each have continuous horizontal band courses forming the sills of the windows, and stone lintels. The band course below the top floor is modillioned, and the windows of the top floor are round-arched. A black modillioned roof cornice caps the building, above a grey frieze decorated with foliate ornamentation. The basement level on the west side is occupied by Mulino A Vino restaurant.
