6-story Renaissance-revival cooperative-apartment building completed in 1885, with a rear building added in 1902. It is clad in red brick above a blue-grey cast-iron row of storefronts. The cast-iron pilasters have fluting and panels, with stylized capitals. The main entrance is between the center and west storefronts, with wood-and-glass double-doors and a transom recessed above a single step. A dentiled iron cornice tops the ground floor.

The nine bay of single-windows on the upper floors have imposing, eared metal cornices, and the roof is capped with a projecting, metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by Sohung Designs, Aster Cucina America cabinet makers, and Urban Homes furnishings. A smaller building was erected on the rear of the lot a few years after the main building.
