5-story residential building completed in 1890. It is clad in red brick and grey-painted stone band courses connecting the tops of the windows at each floor. Paneled brickwork fills the spaces below each window, and the ground floor has a pair of round-arched windows flanking a central doorway with a low stoop. The doorway has a metal-framed glass door and a narrow sidelight, and is framed by Corinthian pilasters supporting an entablature and cornice. The arched windows to the sides have brick voussoirs with grey keystones. An iron fire escape with basket-style landings runs up the center of the facade, which was topped by a projecting, bracketed roof cornice until 2020 when it was removed. The building was partially damaged by a fire that broke out in the basement of the neighboring building in February 2006, and spread to the first floor of this building.
