5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1905. Designed by James W. Cole, it is surfaced in light-grey stucco with four bays of tall, rectangular windows. At the ground floor the windows are narrower, and flank a central entrance with a glass door atop a small stoop. There are two basement windows on the right. The windows on the upper floors have full surrounds with bracketed sills. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade. The roof cornice was removed in 2020. The building was partially damaged by a fire that broke out in the basement in February 2006.
