6-story and 4-story residential building originally completed in the 1880s as two separate structures. They were later joined with a common smooth-stuccoed ground floor and their red brick facades painted over in white, which had since faded and peeled in areas before receiving a fresh coat of white paint in 2013. Two columns of metal balconies were added to the taller building, with one central balcony on the top floor. The shorter facade has a fire escape.
