5-story residential building completed in 1908. Designed by J.S. Maher as a stable with living quarters above, it is four bays wide. For a period it was used for manufacturing, and then converted to apartments. The facade is clad in red brick above a white-painted stone ground floor. There is a stone cornice atop the ground floor, and a garage door with metal rolldown shutter on the left side. The windows of the upper floors have stone sills and lintels. The outer bay lintels have a keystone in the center of each, and the inner bay lintels are connected. A fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The building is topped by a simple metal cornice.
