217-foot, 25-story residential building completed in 1965 as part of the NYC Housing Authority's Fulton Houses complex. Designed by Brown & Guenther, it is clad in brown brick, with a band of white brick running the full height of the building at the center of each facade, except for the south side, which has a grid of recessed concrete balconies.
