6-story residential building completed in 1906. Designed by Charles M. Straub, it is clad in buff-colored brick. The first story, with a low stoop above a basement, has narrow horizontal band courses of stone, alternating with brickwork, and a canopied porch. The windows of the first floor have swagged keystones, and those of the upper floors have cornices carried on ornamental brackets. A dentiled roof cornice crowns the building, and a fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The basement level is occupied by West 11th Cleaners and Alterations.
