6-story residential building completed in 1903. Designed by Sass & Smallheiser, it is distinguished by its unusual brickwork. The first story is stone and features a canopied entrance porch resting on a pair of sturdy columns. The 2nd and 3rd floors are clad in beige brick, while the top three floors are clad in red brick, with beige brick quoins at the corners and around the windows of the 4th and 5th floors. The window lintels and many horizontal band courses are handled boldly, as is the heavy cornice with paired brackets which crowns the building.
